For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer time, you will receive a full refund. - For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time, you will receive a 50% refund. - For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer time, you will not receive a refund. Unfortunately, instant ride requests aren't possible; that's what Uber is for. We therefore ask you to plan your transfers in advance. Last-minute requests are possible, but please consider the travel time from Zurich and Lucerne to your desired pickup location.

Luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle category. Please indicate your luggage volume when booking so we can assign or recommend the appropriate vehicle. Sometimes a second vehicle may be necessary.
All vehicles come standard with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, complimentary mineral water (still and sparkling), tissues, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, Söder hand sanitizer, and Ricola sweets for a comfortable journey. For long-distance journeys, we offer soft pillows and blankets in our vans. Upon request, we also have an MB van with 1st-class seats.
